Endosonography

Endosonography is an examination technique that is a combination of endoscopy and ultrasound. It is used to obtain important information about the organs (e.g., the pancreas) directly from the interior of the body (e.g., from the stomach, esophagus, rectum).

Moreover, in special cases, an ultrasonically controlled access to these organs, e.g. for tissue removal or drainage of abscesses, is possible without injury to the body surface.

For this purpose, we have three different endosonographic devices and a high-end ultrasound device.
