Cranial deformities

Skull deformities in children are caused by premature occlusions of cranial sutures. The premature occlusion of the skull is a rare growth disorder of cranial bones joints, which results in a defective growth of the head. This disorder can rarely be spotted at birth, and in the majority of cases premature ossification occurs during the first half of first the year. An operation on the skull deformities is very complex and is carried out after careful consultation with the parents.
